Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC)

The provision of variety of services, supports and supervision necessary for the health and welfare of an individual which enables the individual to live in the community.

Supported Living

Supported Living Services are available to assist individuals, including many who come from structured settings, to live in the community as independently as possible.

Level 1 Waiver and Non-Medical Transportation

The level 1 allows people with developmental disabilities to stay in their homes and get the supports they need rather than move to an intermediate care facility or nursing home.
